When you register for UserDeck we ask for information such as your email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the trial account are not required to enter a credit card until the trial expires.

UserDeck uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run UserDeck. Although UserDeck owns the code, databases, and all rights to the UserDeck application, you retain all rights to your data.

UserDeck may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Changes
UserDeck may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your UserDeck primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
Deletion of your information
You have the right to ask us to delete personal information about you if it no longer is required for the purpose it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent, you have a valid objection to us using your personal information, or our use of your personal information is contrary to law or our other legal obligations.
